Steps to reproduce

1. In TinyMCE, add an external link using Link Dialog: https://www.google.fi/?id=272822&some=8282

2. Links is show in HTML, publish page, link is shown and can be clicked on in public view

3. Edit page again an open link dialog:

 

EXPECTED: See the link in the link dialog.

ACTUAL: The link dialog is empty (see screenshot)
