[ServiceAPI] Incorrect data when PUT Organization or Contact

Description

Steps to reproduce
Case1:

1. POST an organization with Address 1 and Contact 1 in the body.
2. PUT organization with Address 2 and Contact 2 in the body.
3. GET organization.
   Expected:
   Addresses and Contacts are updated to Address 2 and Contact 2
   Actual:
   Addresses has Address 1 and Address 2; Contacts has Contact 1 and Contact2

Case2:

1. POST a contact with Address 1 in the body.
2. PUT contact with Address 2 in the body.
3. GET contact.
   Expected:
   Addresses is updated to Address 2

Actual:
Addresses has Address 1 and Address 2
