Multi-lines notes on dashboard showing unescape html characters

Description

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Alloy sample site latest version, 11.11.2.
2. On the dashboard, add a Notes gadget and enter some multi-lines text strings inside.
3. On the Edit Notes settings, change Text size or Background color, then click Ok.

Expected:
The display of notes will be changed according to new settings.

Actual:
Some unescape html characters are added to the notes.
