[UI][Insight][Segment] Cannot ordered by Last Seen

Description

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Insight > Segments > click the Create a Segment button.
2. Choose any filter definition to create a new segment and filter params if necessary.
3. Click on Preview. Display the profiles properly.
4. Click the arrow beside the Last Seen column.

Expected:
Order the profile according to the Last Seen condition.

Actual:
Does nothing.
