[Proxy] Tracking to Find statistic doesn't work when request times out

Description

Steps to reproduce

1. Set timeout of request to search tracking to 500.
2. Response time from Find Statistic is 200.
3. Response time from Peerius is 2000.
4. Search a result.
5. Click result.

Expected:
The statistic data can be viewed in the Find UI with correct/incorrect Personalization configuration.

Actual:
When viewing in the Find UI, that statistic is missing.
