If multiple markets enabled, shipping methods omit market indicator

Steps to reproduce

1. Within the admin section of Commerce Manager, select an item.
2. Navigate to settings.
3. Add multiple markets to the item.
4. Navigate to the item on the front end of the site.

Expected:
Each item's display includes its market.

Actual:
Multiple instances of items exist, but there is no indication of their market.

The screen to create free shipping promotions shows multiple shipping options. A shipping option appears for every market for which it is enabled, but there is no indication of the market to which the shipping option belongs.
