Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to the CSR UI.
  2. Open a cart.
  3. Add a new customer => Save and create a cart.
  4. Close the cart detail.

Expected:
Newly created cart displays in the cart list.

Actual:
Newly created cart does not display in cart list. User has to refresh the site to view the new cart.
