Steps to reproduce

  1. In the CSR UI, go to contact details.
  2. Edit contact information for one or more customers.
  3. Don't save it.
  4. Click on the Address book.

Expected:
Display a nice "Leave page" popup.

Actual:
Displays a bad "Leave page" popup.
