Cannot move content to a different catalog

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set up a new Quicksilver site.
2. Create a catalog item with at least one asset.
3. Make sure it has more than 1 version in the master language (by making changes and publishing again, for example).
4. Create a new catalog with a master language that is different from the default catalog.
5. Move the catalog item above to the new catalog.

Expected:
Can move normally

Actual:
Fails to move content "test" beneath the content "Mens Shoes".
