Product page turns blank after asset removed

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install QuickSilver.
2. Go to any product page. For example, Puma Suede Athletic Sneakers.
3. Notice the name of the image among the assets.
4. Find that image in the Media library.
5. Remove the image even though it warns you.
6. Empty the trash.
7. Go back to the product page.

Expected:
The product page shows successfully.

Actual:
The product page turns blank. I can no longer edit the page.
