CSR UI: Add new customer (Beta)

Description

You can add a new customer account as part of taking an order, for example by a CSR with a customer on the phone. First you enter the customer information.

• Name, email address, Customer Group
• Addresses - can designate preferred billing and shipping

You can then create a cart for the customer and enter information about its line items, payments, discounts, and so on.
