Steps to reproduce

  1. Place a multi shipment order.
  2. In Commerce Manager, release one shipment.
  3. In CSR UI, view the released shipment.

Expected:
Should not allow editing of the released shipment line item in CSR UI, to be consistent with Commerce Manager.

Actual:
Allows editing of the released shipment line item.
