[BlockEnhancement] Cannot see the whole Richtext editor (TinyMce)

Description

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install the EPiServer.Labs.BlockEnhancements package.
2. Add a InlineBlockEditSettings configuration attribute for EditorialBlock.cs.
3. Set ShowNameProperty = true.
3. Create an EditorialBlock type of block.

Expected:
You can resize or scroll the rich text editor.

Actual:
The TinyMCE editor window is bigger than the dialog, so you don't see the entire editor.
