Description

Removed the beta flag behind "beta/domUpdated" event and enabling automatic DOM updates for all users.

"beta/domUpdated" event was introduced in CMS UI 11.2.0 to update the DOM and notify us that we need to update the editing overlays in OPE. However, since CMS UI 11.4.0, the DOM updates automatically (through mutation observers), so this event no longer needs to be triggered manually.
