Link validation job does not work for redirects that require cookies to work

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Publish an article of any kind with an external link to https://www.altinn.no.
2. Run the standard Link Validation job.

Expected:
Should return 200

Actual:
Returns 302 with the following debug log entry: Validated the url https://www.altinn.no/. Too many automatic redirections were attempted.

Workaround: Do not rely on the fact that the client has support for cookies.
