I have tested it R2-SP1 and it seems that this isn't an issue anymore.

A customer found a minor bug in the CMS 5 R2 image editor.
To replicate:
Internet Explorer 7.0.5730.11.
EPiServer CMS 5 R2 - 5.2.375.7.
In edit mode. Edit a page with a HTML editor.
Select an image. Right click and select "Image properties".
Change something (e.g. the alt text) and click "Cancel".
A requester will pop up asking you if you are really sure about loosing your changes.
Cancel the requester.
Click the "OK" button. This is where the faulty behaviour does its appearance:
The requester warning about loosing your changes appears once more despite the fact that the user has clicked the "OK" button.
