Creating asset folder updates "changed by" value

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in to the Alloy site with the user you created.
2. Make sure the version gadget is visible.
3. Navigate to News& Events, located under About us. Make sure the version list says created by "installer" .
4. Open the asset pane on the right.
5. Go to the "For this page" folder. (Doesn't matter if it is blocks or media).
6. Create a new folder inside the for this page folder.
7. Navigate to a different page in the page tree.
8. Go back to the News & Events page.

Expected:
The version list gets updated with a new line.

Actual:
The version list says the page is created by "you".
