Visitor group Time period criteria doesn't work correctly.
Hi,
Azure app services are usually located in UTC and you are probably in another timezone? It's possible to change that, please see https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/tomholl/2015/04/06/changing-the-server-time-zone-on-azure-web-apps/

Hi,
I am using EPiServer CMS 10.3.1 hosted in Azure cloud. I am using VisitorGroupsCriteriaPack version="1.3.0".
I am facing issue when I set time in Time period criteria. It takes 1 hour delayed time than what I am setting in Visitor group criteria. For example, if I set time period 5.00 AM it will take it as 6.00 AM.
Is this an EPiServer issue?
How can I solve it.
