IE 11 and Editmode issue with Norsk Bokmål language

I have some issue with editmode in IE 11 when I am using Norsk Bokmål. But I don't have issue with editmode when I am using English. Is it a bug? Anybody is having the same issue?

I can only see the blank screen in the editmode. But I can see all other mode like admin , add-on etc. I have added the image how does it look in editmode.
