All Properties/ On-Page Editing Button Sometimes Goes No Where
Probably some js framework issue. Any custom properties on page?
Js bugs in edit mode were common in Episerver 7. What version are you on?
Any errors in console?

Sometimes when I click the "All Properties" Button
it doesn't do anything. If I refresh the page it works fine. Any suggestions?
