IE 9 Media Upload

Hi,
I am using CMS version 8.1. I have installed flash on IE9 and have verified that it is working. However, I am still unable to upload media files from the edit view. This problem is not seen on other browser versions. Does anyone have any suggestions as to a fix for this? No error messages are shown in the console either, so I'm at a bit of a loss!
