Save DDS in separate database

Vote:

How do I go about to save selected instancens of my DDS in a separate database?

I don't want to change the defaultprovider for the datastore, I just want to save one or more stores in a separate db.

How do I change the provider to use a different connectionstring?

Yes, read that one but no solution there to my question.

There is just info about creating the table and mapping not how to acctually connect to the separate db while not changing the default provider.

The feature you are asking for, multi-database support, is not supported.
