Site performance issue and Application pool stopped

Hi Everyone

I wonder if someone can help or give me an advice as we are still facing this issue till now . We have an on premise infrastracture and load balance .

At the moment we are experiencing the following :

Sometimes site is getting slow and eventually it will cause a downtime and a "page cannot be displayed " error
We are also experiencing intermettent issue where the application pool stops and the site is down .

Below are our current config. Any advise is great appreciated .

I would start with perf monitoring and see what's going on in the back. also it's interesting to subscribe to app domain shutdown event and write it somewhere down to see who is causing pool to go home and then come back. more info here.
