You can use that setting you found and just set a really high PreviewTimeout value, although 20 seconds should be more than enough. If it's taking more than 20 seconds for the client to get the preview, then there seems to be some performance issues. Maybe the connection is slow, maybe the server is overloaded, whatever it is it's probably worth looking into and solving.

I have time set timeout 600000, then that error was gone. Trying to find what it cause to site overload.

Hello,
My client using epi cms 10.6 and they’ve got error
Preview Unavailable
Failed to load the preview within the given time constraints.
I’ve search this error in google, then I saw world.episerver article and recommend put this
I tried it but it seem not really help. My client still got that error.
How could I fix this? What can be cause of problem?
