I know that it is possible to archive a certain page type by a default dynamic property (eg. the page type "news page" should have a default archive "archive news"). This means that every article based on "news page" will be archived (unless its overridden).

Hello,
This functionality isn't part of the ordinary Archive job so you'll have to write your own scheduled job.
Take a look at the ScheduledPluginAttribute in the SDK on how to write a scheduled job. In your job you can use logic there to move pages of a particular page type. To specify where the pages should be archived you can use the existing pagereference "PageArchiveLink" that is availiable on any page.
The Archive Function moves pages that have been instructed to move under Advanced Information - Archive to page. The page is moved when the date and time for Stop publish has passed. Note that if a parent page has a value for archiving, all the sub-pages will also inherit this property.
