The following steps are included in the registration process:
- Enter a valid e-mail address and click Next.
- An e-mail with a verification code is sent to the registered e-mail address. Enter the verification code in the box and click Next.
- Enter your user information, including company and click Next.
NOTE Only e-mail addresses that are connected to a partner company will be able to register support incidents. E-mail address such as hotmail, gmail, etc. cannot be used to contact support.
- Select a company from the list or register a new company and click Next.
- Click Finish to confirm your account. A confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address you provided.
