Introducing the Next Release of EPiServer CMS

The next release of EPiServer CMS will include improvements for both editors and developers. The CTP release is a first look at the new functionality that will be available. The new Site Center, a new and very much improved version of mirroring and numerous editorial changes are included in this CTP.

Site Center

Site Center is introduced in the next release of EPiServer CMS. Site Center is a new UI framework for EPiServer products,whose main purpose is to allow easier navigation and integration of different products, either EPiServer products or 3rd party products.

Mirroring 2.0

EPiServer Mirroring is a function where pages and files are copied from one site to another or from one place in a site to another place in the same site. Once a Mirroring Job has been run, by default only subsequent changes on the source site will be mirrored to the destination site next time the job is run (it is also possible to mirror everything from start).
