Strange behaviour of property sort order

When adding a new property to a page type it will appear at the top of the list and give strange effects when moving properties up and down. This is because of a known bug in version 4.61 where the fieldOrder is set to zero (0) in table tblPageDefinition.
The current workaround is to manually change the fieldOrder in the database for a given page type.
