Page ID as URL segment when using friendly URL

When upgrading a site to 4.6 and turning on friendly URL, you might notice that there are page ID in the adress to the pages. That is because during the upgrade, the pages url segments(the name in the adress bar) are not set. What EPiServer does when it finds an empty url segment is to fall back to the pages ID.
We have developed a small tool to fix this issue after an upgrade. Contact support if you need to get a hold of it.
