Missing text when adding new language files

We introduced a new function i 4.60 that caches the merged language files in one file to improve performance. However, there is a bug in that function that might affect sites when adding new language files. When you add new language files, they might be ignored and not added to the merged language file if the save dates for the new language files are older than the last merge date.
If you add new language files but the translations does not seem to appear, the solution is to delete the merged file. You can find it in /util/temp of your site, and it's called MergedLanguageFile-*path*.cache. Delete that file and restart your site to force a new merge file to be created.
