Q: When I am installing EPiServer, the necessary files is not downloaded and there is no error messages.
A: The problem is usually connected to the proxy settings in Internet Explorer. Try to turn on the automatic detection of the proxy server.
- Click on Internet Options in the Tools menu, choose the Connections tab and click on LAN Settings.
- Mark the checkbox Automatically detect settings.
- Click OK and save the settings.
- Try to start the installation program again.
