Custom tab in edit mode has changed name after upgrade

After upgrading to version 4.20 or later, a user created tab may have changed name. This will occur if the tab was created in EPiServer 3.5 or earlier. This change will only affect the name of the tab, not it's content. To fix this, use the "Edit headings" dialog in admin mode to rename the tab.
