Steps to reproduce

In the marketing list overview, the campaign list

  1. Loads all campaigns in the campaign folder.
  2. Auto expands to load all promotions in those campaigns.
    This affects performance in big data cases.

As a result of this bug fix, the campaign node only expands/collapses if clicked.
