Description

Precondition:

  • Registered user has no address in address book
  • Config tax for United States/ California

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to quicksilver sample site as an registered user
  2. Add some items to cart -> Proceed to checkout
  3. In Checkout page, section Billing address (or shipping address), click on Add new address
  4. Input new address is United States/ California -> Save

Expected: Tax in checkout page is updated according to shipping address
Actual: Tax in checkout page is $0.00
Note: After placing order, Tax cost is displayed correctly.
