Description

1. Go to CMS edit mode of a Commerce site.
2. Open the right pane.
3. Select the Campaigns tab.
4. Select the option menu at the bottom.

Actual: There are options to create new items from there.
Expected: Not the ability create options in that menu, or no such menu at all, for campaigns.
