Problem trying to schedule publication of language version while original language version isn't published

Description

Prerequisite: The website supports the EN and SV languages.

Steps to reproduce

1. In the En language, create a new Page1.
2. Don't publish the content.
3. Change the site language to SV.
4. Translate Page1.
5. Try to set "schedule for publish".

Expected: Get a warning like "The original language (en) for this standard page has not yet been published. The original language must be published before the page can be published in other languages."

Actual: No warning. Content cannot be scheduled for publishing but there's no warming message.
