Cannot select page when creating Visitor Group in multi-language site

Description

If you are creating a visitor group in a multi-language site then try to select a page in the Visited Pages list, the screen displays Page is missing and cannot be selected. Yet it is possible to select the page in Admin\Manage websites view.

If you copy the url to a new tab and set epslanguage=sv, you can select the desired page.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set up a fresh, multi-language Alloy site.
2. Switch the site to a language other than the master.
3. Create a visitor group with Visited pages criteria.
4. Try to select a page that is created in the non-master language.

Expected:
You can select a page that is only available in the non-master language.
Actual:
Cannot select a page in the non-master language.
