Description

Steps to reproduce

1. Select a media folder having more than one media item (e.g. Media1 & Media2).
2. Edit Media1's name to "Media2".

Expected:
Validation error message on local toolbar and dialog saying that Media2 already exists.

Actual:
The dialog error is displayed twice.
