Steps to reproduce

  1. In CatalogUI, add any item (Variant/Package/Product/Bundle)
  2. Open Related Entries tab > click "Edit related entries" > add some entries
  3. Go to Explore, search the Item in step1, open indexed properties, look for "Association"

Expected: Related entries are displayed right after adding them.

Actual: It is empty. I have to do something to trigger Autosave, after this action, values are inserted.
