Steps to reproduce

Two catalognodes can have "Name in URL" collision, even when they are not under the same parent. 


Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a node "test1" and "Departments" in the root of the catalog.
  2. In the Departments node create a node "test" below
  3. Change "Name in URL" of test1 to test and get the validation message:  http://screencast.com/t/BMbkgKgPUu


Expected: The two "test" nodes should both be able to have "Name in URL" = "test", because they are not siblings.
