Steps to reproduce

  1. In Commerce Manager, create an order with a shipment of 5 item A (Availble should  <10, 8 for example, backorder should be disabled)
  2. Move 2 item A to new shipment.

    Expected: Quantities of item A should still be correct in both (3 and 2)

    Actual: Quantities of A messed up, possibly 0 and 3
