Steps to reproduce

Have Lucene Search Provider and LuceneAzureSearchProvider Installed
Configure the Mediachase.Serch.config to have LucenSearchProvider as configured provider

Expected:

Should be able to build index and peform searches

Actual:

Cannot build index or perform search
