Solr Search Provider - Search query builders do not include a filter for the excluded markets field.

Steps to reproduce

Test with Seagull sample site, SolrSearchProvider as default search provider.

1. Exclude a market from the variant

2. Rebuild index

3. Go to Commerce manager > Order Management

4. Create new order, select the market in Step 1 for Market in Basic Order Information

5. Click New Item, enter the criteria to find the variant on Step 1. Click Find button

Expected: The variant in Step 1 is not included in Search result

Actual: The variant in Step 1 is visible in Search result.

Note: The same issue occured with Solr 3.5 (Bug #111589 - Fixed)
