Need help regarding Assetimporter

Hi,

For asset importing I have created a csv with column name "Variation Code" and "ImageID". 
 
Now questions is like :
1>Where should I put this csv ?
2>Where should I create folder asset which contains assets to be imported ?
3>Which path should I give path of CMS or commerce ?
 
If it is possible can you please explain procedure of this?
