Community 3.1 to 3.2

The release notes for EPiServer Community 3.2 mentions that there will be a tool available to migrate data from 3.1 to 3.2. When can this tool be expected to be available?

The data migration tool is more or less done and we are currently working on the documentation for the changes in the api, in guidance to upgrade the web application. A rough esitimation would be release by the end of next week.
