Is it possible to limit the access to X-form content?

Is it possiblie in EPiServer 4.6 to limit authorization in X-forms? It seems to me that the X-form definitions and content will be available to ALL users, who technically have access to them, i.e. they need to have editing capability.

It is not possible today. This is a common request and our product manager is aware of it and has added it as a work item.

Is it still impossible to limit the access to xforms based on the Catalog they belong to or their creator in CMS 6 R2?
