User can't access unpublished page version

Hi,

We have a scenario where a user edits a page and saves but is then unable to access the version just saved. The user can access previously published versions but not unpublished versions.

I've checked the permissions of the user and all appears as I would expect. I have also been able to view the previous versions successfully and no other users have reported this behaviour.

Has anyone else encountered this before and know what might be the cause?

When trying to access the unpublished page version, what's the error in the logs? That may offer some hints.

I checked the event log and there was nothing there related to this.

If its a multi lingual site, Check Language related aspects also. as Is user have select main language while editing.

Are you hooking up any DataFacotry event ? What if you create a new page and press "Save& view" and then "Ready for publish". Do you still not able to see that version ?
