Update product cache on multiple servers

Very basic question...

When you update product details using commerece manager on one server, how does it know to tell ALL (more than 1) servers that are hosting the site to clear their cache (... so it can load the recent product changes)?

If EventService is the answer, then....

In the client endpoint, you can specifiy just ONE url, but you are hosting the site on several servers... which would suggest you need multiple endpoints, right?

For 5.2 (which should be R2 SP2), there is no out of the box solution for that (For 7.5 we support broastcasting to multiple front-end site).

One of solution might be you let the front-end (registered in EventService) to forward the event to other sites.
